1. Check the product catalogue to see the product detail information and pictures

2. Send a inquire to our sales team: sales@buyouright.com to advise model number, or provide a product picture which you are looking for.

3. Our sales team will check your e-mail and contact you in 1 working day.

4. After get detail requirement, like quantity, color and package, we will provide you our quotation.

5. We provide free sample to customer ( for first time coorperation, we will charge a reasonable sample fee), and customer can arrange nominated courier to pick up from our warehouse or we can arrange our forwarder to make delivery on behalf of customer.

6. After sample testing, customer can finalize the order and payment according, Payment way: T/T, paypal and western union are acceptable. Order amount under USD 5000 need full payment in advance. We accept 30% deposit T/T in advance and 70% balance before shipment when order amount over USD 5000.

7. Start mass production for customer order if storage in hand not enough fulfll the order.

8. Share production schedule to customer, advise expect cargo ready day, booking shippment in advance to reserve space.

9. Tracking the B/L, AWB or courier tracking number, ensure shipment go smoothly.

10. Ask customer to advise if any cargo damage/ shortage and deal with it. Provide 1 year warranty after sales, customer can complain and advise wen if any product quality issue. Your feedback is welcome to make us better.
